The forum on 2016 annual work held by equipment department

As requested by Mr. Shen Xiafan, the company’s vice general manager, equipment department held a forum on 2016 annual work on Jan. 7, 2016, where the department seriously summarized & reviewed the work in 2015, profoundly analyzed existing situations and discussed and arranged the deployment of work priorities in 2016. During the forum, the members expressed their opinions without any restraint to summarize the experience, the understandings, the shortcomings and the countermeasures. Through a lively discussion and profound analysis, the department found out “the defects in management, the disparities in ideological understanding and the shortcomings in technology”, and furthermore, they prepared appropriate improvement measures against such deficiencies and shortages.

When confronted with gloomy economic situation and safety pressure both at home and abroad in 2015, equipment department sticked with the right instructions under company leaders and cooperated with various departments sincerely to pull together. Sticking to the core objectives “safe production, stable operation and efficiency improvement”, equipment department promoted all undertakings positively and orderly, and earnestly fulfilled all annual objectives. For the full year of 2015, equipment department accumulatively accomplished over 4500 missions of overhaul and maintenance and went without any accident, which truly realized the safety policy of “zero tolerance”.

In 2016, equipment department will concentrate more efforts on “management optimization and technical improvement” and vigorously promote “standardization of equipment management, normalization of overhaul and on-situ normalization” to ensure the safety in production with solid and effective activities. The equipment department is looking forward to contributing more for the new development era of Ningbo Haiyue New Material Co., Ltd.
