Hireal Project Department held a summarization& commendation for 2015 training efforts.

On Dec.29, 2015, Hireal Project Management Department held a commendation for the training efforts done in 2015 where vice general manager Shen Xiafan and managers from various departments attended. Trainee representatives gave their speech for the gained improvement gained through training while vice general manager Shen Xiafan awarded the credentials, made his comments in this regard and proposed suggestions and requests on how to normalize employee training activity in the long run so as to vigorously forge a study-oriented organization.
Hireal Project Department paid much attention to raising employee‘s comprehensive quality while fulfilling its daily activity. It carried out a year long training program in 2015 covering professional knowledge and management skill related to petrochemical fundamental knowledge, communication technique, codes and standards, rules and regulations, project management means and methods.
This program has fully been completed as scheduled with accumulated training period reaching 112 hours for the targeted courses.
