Work Safety Committee held a panel discussion with grass-roots shift leaders

        In order to further push forward the construction of company’s safety culture and to motivate the creation of all staff’s participation into safety administration, Ningbo Haiyue Work Safety Committee held a panel discussion with grass-roots shift leaders in the afternoon of Nov. 26, 2016.

        The panel discussion was held in the atmosphere of sincerity, practicability and mutual trust. During the discussion, the committee publicized and implemented safety culture creation plan and contents for year 2017, and afterwards, the participants interacted with each other positively, the shift leaders spoke up enthusiastically to propose a number of comments and suggestions in terms of safety production, human resources and propaganda & education, etc., and relevant department leaders answered some questions on the spot and stated clearly that relevant department would improve themselves in a timely manner in terms of reasonable proposals.

        The leaders of work safety committee highly appreciated the achievements made by grass-roots staff in safety production, and also requested grass-roots shift leaders to continue to fasten up the defense line of work safety, to dare to say “no” to unsafe behavior, to pay close attention to “three basic tasks” and to strengthen grass-roots organizations so as to improve the level of team management.
